Sales Account Manager/Inspector
Job Description
- By effective marketing of products and services
- Coordination of service account initiation
- Explanation of services to be rendered, including treatment methods
- Perform accurate termite inspections
- Collection of fees for services rendered
- Follow up to insure customer satisfaction
- Discretion is needed when negotiating prices to insure company viability
- Compensation for this position is commission only
- Commission percentage is derived from a graduated scale based on dollar value of annualized service sold, completed and collected monthly.
- The Account Manager reports to the Sales Manager daily
Sales Performance Standards
- Do your best, do what’s right and treat others the way you want to be treated
- Must exercise discipline in scheduling inspections and sales calls
- Have a written plan for your work and work your written plan
- Required to report to the office each morning prepared to review the previous day’s sales and KPI’s
- Paper work must be accurately complete and turned in to Sales Manager
- Make follow-up calls on all outstanding proposals
- Cloverleaf all current termite and rodent work
- Minimum of six documented selling opportunities per day required
Weekly:
- Wash, vacuum and check tire pressure on assigned fleet vehicle
- Develop relationship by visiting five new WDO sources each week (i.e. Realtors)
Monthly:
- Ride with your teammate tech(s) for at least half a day
- Sales goals are expected to be met. If goals not met for three consecutive months, termination will be recommended.
Education, Training, and Experience:
- The Account Manager position requires a 3-5 year successful background in sales, preferably in the pest control industry.
- Expected to self-initiate outside sales training to fine tune selling skills (i.e. books, tapes, seminars, online courses re: sales)
- A thorough understanding of the dynamics of sales strategies as defined by the Sales Manager.
- All identification card holders are required to complete minimum state mandated continuing education annually.
Working Conditions:
- The Account Manager requires frequent travel within designated service areas.
- Because this outside sales position requires extensive drive time, a clean MVR is required
- Inspections may necessitate crawling through attics and sub-floor crawl spaces.
- Listen for ministry/mission opportunities
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision
- The ability to use equipment such as, ladders, flashlights, drills and PPE. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The Account Manager exercises great discretion in scheduling inspections and sales calls and is only limited to his/her own initiative. Minimum acceptable standards for performance are established by the Sales Manager.

SWAT-P Tech
Job Description
Job Standards
Customer Service – Responds promptly to customer needs, normally within 24 hours.
Communication – Listens and gets clarification, communicates internally with GNPS staff and externally with customers clearly and consistently in a timely manner
Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time. (Check in no later than 0730 and leaving office no later than 0800), and arrives at first and all appointments on time!
Dependability – Follows instructions, responds to management direction. Keeps all necessary products / supplies, equipment and paperwork on hand.
Paperwork – All paperwork, service tickets and/or new sales agreements, are to be turned into the office EVERY day without exception!
Teamwork – Works together as a team to fulfill every customer’s needs. Afternoon check in with scheduler and manager to ensure all daily work is complete, or rescheduled if not, before end of work day.
Appearance – Always wearing GNPS uniform, neat and clean, well groomed.

The SWAT Tech works in all service areas, thus requiring frequent travel and outside work. Inspections and work may necessitate crawling through attics and sub-floor crawl spaces. Minimum acceptable standards for performance are established by the Service Manager.

- Work conditions vary based on service being conducted, with examples ranging from working in small attic spaces, to exterior applications on large residences or commercial buildings.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Description
Job Duties
- Critical-Thinking skills: These skills are required as the CSR will need to devise plans of action and assess those plans daily to ensure quality of customer service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The CSR will need to be ready when problems arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
- Communication Skills: The CSR will need to communicate with co-workers and customers on a regular basis.
- Organizational Skills: Multiple services, people and many moving pieces will require CSR to be excellent at multi-tasking.
- Proactive communication with customers via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records; running various reports.
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Strong research skills are required to trouble-shoot customer problems.
- Processing customer payments via checks and credit cards. Processing deposits to the bank.
- Process and makes necessary calls/communication for all accounts receivable over 60/90/120 days past due.
- Processing of any additional reports or assistance to Controller or CSR manager as necessary.
