Pastor Don Roach serves as our Culture Coach and HR Director. He is responsible for assuring that we are living according to our Core Values (HABITS) and hiring the best people to help us accomplish our God-inspired mission - To share God's Good News while solving pest problems with green solutions. Don is also the Senior Pastor at Calvary Chapel SonLife in Venice, FL. He is married to Amira and they have 4 grown children and 1 grandchild. Don enjoys kayaking, long walks with Scout, their fur baby, and eating 'hot' foods.
