We have small children at home, so it is important that anything used to treat pests in or around our home is effective, but also safe. The best pest control I’ve seen is Good News Pest Solutions. I’ve used them for 20 years and they have the most modern scientific products, so that they only have to come 3 times a year and do the outside. We have never had a bug in the house, no termites, no ants, no roaches, ever. They never have to come in the house.

I don’t often do this, but I thought it was important to contact you. After speaking with you office about my problem I contacted Tithaney. Three things: 1. She shocked (happily) me when she arrived at my door so quickly after my message. 2. She floored me with how happy and pleasant she was. 3. She put me in a coma only hours later (and into today) when she got rid of the battalion of ants who laid claim to my kitchen. 4. This is very bad business – for other people! Thank you (company and Tithaney) for great service and work.

Josh did great! Called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled and showed up at our agreed time. He was efficient and a pleasure to have in my home.
Eric is wonderful in every way! He is the nicest guy and really knows his business. He is understanding and kind and explains everything really well. When I noticed the ant mounds in my yard I called Eric. He came over to my house and explained I had a big headed ant infestation and explained how they could treat it. When he came to treat for the ants yesterday, he showed me where all the ants had been and how, now, they are gone. I am so excited that the ants are gone and so happy with Eric and his expert service.
Bill has the best customer service skills in any industry or situation. He is an incredible asset for Good News!
Mark is pure gold. Yesterday he diagnosed the problem and removed the dead rodents. Today he redid the rodent exclusion that the roofers had ripped out. Mark is extremely thorough and we trust him implicitly.

Good Morning, this was our first time having Justin as our person to do our service. We’ve had James for many years and we loved him. Yesterday, Justin stepped into James' shoes beautifully, thanks Justin.
Mason was our hero. The issue of having the dead rodent remaining for a weeks, already emitting a strong vinegar smell was not a good issue. Mason was happy to help and did so efficiently. Very thankful for his help.

Ryan did an outstanding job supervising the work. There was a difficult to access spot on the east side of our attic above the master bedroom that had almost no insulation. Ryan and his Team (Credit David too) as he did the work up there in the heat and choking insulation dust, made it happen. They got to that side and put 6" of insulation where I had shown him. I very much appreciate their efforts. This was a difficult job and I would recommend this company to tackle any of your issues. Knowledgeable fair and trustworthy. Good News!
