National Thank Your Customers Week

These days, thanks to the proliferation of information on the Internet, there is at least one special celebration for nearly every one of the 365 days of the year. Some days have multiple “holidays” you can commemorate. These aren’t traditional holidays like Christmas, Easter or even Arbor Day.

No, these days are National Cuddle Up Day and National Static Electricity Day. But our favorite non-traditional holiday isn’t Donut Day or Free Scoop Day, but this week – National Thank Your Customers Week - because we would be nothing without our family of clients.

A Recent Addition

National Thank Your Customers Week happens the first full week or January and was initiated during January of 2020. It was designed to create a huge marketing push at the beginning of the year by strengthening businesses’ ties and relationships with their customers.

But it isn’t quite that simple or transactional. It only makes sense that the best businesses are the ones who value their customers. And why not make sure your clients know how important they are. It’s a win-win.

Some companies provide calendars, pens, tote bags or other presumably useful, small branded goods to their customers, keeping their name top of mind. But we believe thanking and being there for our customers isn’t something we do just in January.

We’ve got nothing against tchotchkes. But for Good News Pest Solutions, we are proud to say we’ve helped thousands of clients keep their homes pest free.

A Year Long Commitment

For 2025, our Leaders chose the theme: "Our Good News Family Matters!" This applies to both our internal and external families. We want to focus on making sure all of our employees and all of our customers know how much they matter to us. We really do care for every one of you!  We see what we do as a partnership with our customers – to protect their families and the environment while we steward the planet God created for us. We are always sharing the real Good News. And we are also honored to pray for you – whether you’re a customer or not. We gather at 7:30 every morning and pray together over all of the prayer requests.

Of course, like any business, your satisfaction is our priority. Our customers’ trust and continued loyalty means the world to us.

We also want to take a moment, as we start a new year, to say thank you to our family of highly skilled team members. We are thrilled to have the hardworking, committed, positive staff we are blessed with to serve our customers.

So, from all of us here at Good News Pest Solutions, to all of our valued customers, old, new, and soon to begin, a sincere thank you for choosing us and being a part of our journey. Our success is thanks to you.
